libjpeg62-turbo-dbg software package provides Debugging symbols for the libjpeg-turbo JPEG library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjpeg62-turbo-dbg
libjpeg62-turbo-dbg is installed in your system.
